Description:

Manage and update medial lists. Manage and update pitching photo database. Manage and update editorial calendars, submit event listings as needed across multiple websites and calendars, upload blog content on websites, schedule social media posts on multiple platforms, assist with social medial calendar development, social media calendar development, and story posting. Participate in planning and executing community special events. Provide overall support to the PR and community event teams. Attending classes and experiences to introduce the instructor, take roll, and bring supplies. Administrative office duties as needed, including providing excellent customer service both in person and on the telephone. Other duties as assigned to support programs: Community on the Go travel, Community Education, Road Creek Inn Field Station, Community Professional Development, Summer Experience.

Qualifications:

Must be proficient in writing press releases with demonstrated experience and portfolio. Must be proficient in Associated Press Style. Must have basic photography skills (preference given for video production and graphic design experience).
